 Monday is always Meatloaf day for us.  We'll also be having Grilled Pork Chops , Chicken Strips, Corn, Green Beans, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and Rolls.  Start the meal off with a bowl of Green Chili Stew or Pinto Beans with Cornbread muffin.

Tuesday  is Barbecue Day. You'll find a couple of these BBQ Pork ribs or Brisket or BBQ Chicken or Sausage with Corn & Green Beans, Pinto Beans and a hot roll, Cole Slaw on the Salad Bar.  , Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Brussell sprouts or try Green Chili Stew or Chili and Cornbread Muffins.

Wednesday is All American Day here.  Fried Chicken always with Corn on the Cob, Black Eyed Peas, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and Hot Rolls. There will always be a couple of other cooks choice favorites to choose from  or Green Chili Stew and Cornbread.

Thursday we have Yoli's Mexican Buffet.  Red & Green Enchiladas, , Refried Beans & Spanish Rice, Chips, Salsa.  There will always be a Yoli Choice too and Green Chili Stew.

Friday is our Fish & Shrimp day.  Fried Catfish and Shrimp with Red Beans, Coleslaw  and Hushpuppies.  Chicken Strips with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Corn on the Cob, and Green Chili Stew.

Come on out Saturday for our great Breakfast Buffet,  Scrambled and Chorizo Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Hashbrowns, Biscuits & 2 kinds of gravy, French Toast, Pancakes and a Salad Bar full of fruit and Muffins.
